Applicant’s Requirements

In order to join our team, all applicants must meet the following requirements:

• An active real estate license conferred by the state in which they live.

• Membership with the local Association of Realtors in the area that they are seeking to work.

• A bachelor’s degree that has been conferred by an accredited university.

• At least two full years of study completed at an accredited university in which they are currently enrolled and working towards a bachelor’s degree.

• At least two full years of licensure as a salesperson or broker with a minimum of $2,000,000 in sales during each of those years.
