Billy holds a BBA - Management and Certificate of International Business from Texas A&M University and a MBA with a Finance Concentration from Baylor University.  

 

Upon completion of his graduate work, Billy worked for a large multi-national financial firm in Houston, Dallas, and New York structuring transactions from $1 million to $50 million in size.  He has been a full-time real estate investor in Texas for over a decade.  Billy has successfully completed the following types of real estate deals: Spec Home Building, Rehabbing Houses, Owner Finance, Land Investments, Owning and Managing Rental Properties, Wholesale Deals, Options, and Self-Directed IRA Property Acquisitions.  

 

He currently resides in the beautiful Texas Hill Country overlooking Lake LBJ and enjoys spending time on the lake and with his family.
