Applicant’s Requirements

In order to join our team, all applicants must meet the following requirements:

An active real estate license conferred by the state in which they live.
Membership with the local Association of Realtors in the area that they are seeking to work.
A bachelor’s degree that has been conferred by an accredited university.

At least two full years of study completed at an accredited university in which they are currently enrolled and working towards a bachelor’s degree.

At least two full years of licensure as a salesperson or broker with a minimum of $2,000,000 in sales during each of those years.

Compensation Structures

Agent compensation is determined by each individual and is highly competitive. For our agents, we offer multiple compensation structures that simply cannot be matched by other brokerages. Depending on the agent’s individual goals and capabilities, each plan could potentially be the “best plan” for anyone. The most important factor to consider is how much you truly believe that you can earn. Agents that already have full-time employment elsewhere and are simply looking to supplement their income will benefit the most from Plan I because it mitigates the risk of monthly expenses. Agents who are following a career path and intend on becoming top producers will benefit the most from Plan III because it offers them the greatest potential to earn big. Here’s how it works:

PLAN I – Commission Split ONLY

Plan I operates on a sliding scale depending upon the agent’s performance. As indicated by the chart shown above, top earners will net a higher percentage per commission than those who are earning less. Agents can either roll forward or roll back depending on their performance during the previous months. Unlike many brokerages, we do not roll back based on arbitrary timetables. Agents can potentially reach the 90/10 split and remain there indefinitely if their performance continues to be strong.

PLAN II – Desk Fee and Commission Split Combination

Plan II offers the agents a chance to jump to the highest possible commission split in exchange for a minimal monthly fee. With this plan, the agent pays our brokerage a flat fee of $150.00 at the beginning of every month and, in exchange for that fee, is guaranteed a 90/10 split on ALL commissions earned. Here’s how it works:

PLAN III – Desk Fee ONLY

Plan III is ideal for autonomous agents who know that they will earn well and would like to keep as much of their commissions as possible. This compensation structure allows the agent to keep 100% of ALL commissions in exchange for a monthly fee of $300.00 paid to the brokerage. Here’s how it works:
